He has a proven record of success in Fortune 500, midsize, and hyper-growth, pre-IPO companies. His startup company experience includes technology leadership positions at Edgia, NetCertification, OnNet, Context Integration, and MetaSolv Software.

Stan co-founded Edgia, a knowledge solutions company providing e-Learning, assessment and custom knowledge transfer solutions. As CTO of the company, Stan managed a team of software developers and systems designers to implement a custom built internet-based learning management system and multi-media delivery platform that became the basis of success for the business model.

His Fortune 500 professional services customer experience includes EDS, HP/Compaq, Sprint, MCI, Alcatel, Goldman Sachs, Alliance Data Systems and Putnam Investments. Stan’s project leadership accountabilities range from front-end strategic definition projects to very large, $20 million dollar plus, 200 team member IT re-engineering efforts.

In total, Stan has more than 15 years of technology leadership experience overseeing technology roadmapping; systems integration; highly complex backend integration projects; database and security infrastructures design; and implementing high-end, high availability, fault-tolerant e-Commerce systems built on open technologies. He has significant expertise managing multi-divisional client environment projects.

Stan obtained his BS in Computer Science at The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, and his MTS from Phillips Graduate Seminary.

Stan is a high impact player in the IT arena, and a servant leader at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church and Dallas area community outreach programs where he shares his leadership skills on a gratis basis.

Stan is the happily married father of 3 children. In addition to being a voracious reader, Stan recently authored the popular book, ”Web Project Survival Guide: Real-world tips for bringing projects in on-time on budget.”
