Using Cheap Poster Frames for RPG Maps

Wanted to show you how I manage maps in my campaign. I buy high-res maps, resize to 18x24”, print for cheap via http://OvernightPrints.com and mount in cheap poster frame, and I transport such maps in an art satchel. See below for details.

I buy cheap 18x24" poster frames for about $7 from Target or Walmart.

Part of the key of using cheap frames is they are lightweight. You can lift and move them with one hand, or stack them.

They are stiff so you can hang them or put them on a tripod.

Here's one up against an RPG book. (Apologies for the ceiling fan light glare!)

Up close it looks amazing! And you can use wet-erase on them as well.
